  • CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation awarded May, 2007. Only 6% of commercial real estate practitioners hold the distinguished CCIM designation. CCIM’s are highly regarded as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
  • Among specialty services offered:Consulting in macro and micro economic analysis of the local market, especially relating to retail space location guidance, site selection, development potential, and market cycles and trends in the Sun Valley area. Local business valuation and brokerage, both from the buy side and the sell side. Development facilitation, including site purchase, contractor and architectural recommendations, and project tenanting and/or sales. All of the services Paul provides utilize and benefit from nearly 47 years of local networking and connections.
  • Paul has lived in the Sun Valley area since 1974. Prior to entering commercial real estate brokerage, he owned and operated numerous local retail businesses including a ski shop (Paul Kenny Ski & Sports), a clothing store (Mercantile of Sun Valley/the first Timberland Concept Shop in the US), and a restaurant and bar, all of which gives him the background for a clear understanding of the commercial real estate market in this area.
