- Matt moved to Ketchum in 2010 to ski race for Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation’s (SVSEF) elite Olympic Development Team. Since retiring in April 2018 Matt has become a member of the Kenny-Bogue Commercial team. He will leverage his years of experience as a professional athlete with marketing skills gained through interactions with and for his personal ski racing sponsors, the ability to create systematic and organized plans, and the knowledge of how to succeed, to provide solid support for his clients. This background combined with experience as a residential real estate agent in California and Idaho will be a great addition to Kenny-Bogue Commercial.
- As a recently retired professional cross-country ski racer for the SVSEF Matt has competed domestically with podium results at the US National Championships and raced internationally on the FIS World Cup circuit in Europe. In 2015 he was a member of the US Ski Team contingent at the FIS World Ski Championships in Falun, Sweden. Before coming to Ketchum Matt was a standout NCAA skier for the University of Colorado (CU) with multiple All-American honors (including 4 Academic All-American awards) and an individual NCAA Championship title, as well as a member of the US Ski Team from 2006-2009.
- Focus is in all aspects of commercial brokerage, including commercial real estate sales, commercial investment sales, commercial leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection, retail, office, industrial, land, and development.
